Return & Exchanges Policy
If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below:
We do not accept returns on items that are made to order, or items that are being sold at reduced prices because of noticeable imperfections. Items descriptions will indicate such imperfections and you acknowledge that when you purchase.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item please report it within 14 days of receiving the product. We will require proof of purchase and a picture of the defective/incorrect item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will review your request and inspect the item. You will receive an email confirmation that we received your item and are processing your request. We will follow up with another email once your request has been processed and let you know if your return was returned.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within a period of two weeks (estimate). All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a few days before the refund shows up in your bank statement.
We do not accept exchanges.
- Return Shipping
After you have submitted a return request, we will send you a PDF form of a return shipping label. Please print it out an affix to your package.
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
- Final Sales
Any items marked as "final sale" do not qualify for a return, refund or exchange.
